At the AFL-CIO Labor Day Picnic in Cincinnati, President Obama speaks on labor, and the hope to "combine the enduring values that have served us so well for so long: hard work and responsbility." He also reminded the crowd that the stimulus package "is working" - and reminds naysayers with 'selective amnesia" how bad the economy was "seven months ago". "Our financial system has been saved from collapse," he says. "Our recovery plan is working."
